Call for Papers : 15 November, 2025

COFREND launches the Call for Papers to be presented during the 2026’s edition of the COFREND Days, from May 19th to 21st, at the Conference Center in Lyon. Under the theme “NDT, See to Foresee“, these conferences will provide an overview of the most recent advances in the field of Non Destructive Testing.

The scientific program will offer technical sessions, an international session, the 9th annual SHM@COFREND dayBeside the technical program will take place the 8th Edition of the Doctoriales of COFREND, Phd Students event.

Authors wishing to present a paper on one of the topics listed are invited to submit on the event website, a title and an abstract of 400 words maximum before November 15, 2025.

  • Abstracts are expected to clearly highlight the objective, significant results and conclusions of the work.
  • All selected and presented contributions at the COFREND DAYS 2026, will be published on NDT.net (partner organization), Open Access Archive of Nondestructive Testing ISSN 1435-4934 (www.ndt.net).

The abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the COFREND Days for the establishment of the final program.After acceptance, the authors will be invited to submit an article for the proceedings of the COFREND Days 2026, to be published by our partner NDT.net


Submission Guidelines

All abstracts should be submitted through this platform, respecting the previously mentioned deadline. All contributions have to be prepared in French, except for the international session. which is exclusively in english
=> Note that any translation services from/into other languages cannot be provided by the organizing committee.Authors are allowed to register more than one paper.

The abstracts will be published in the Program Catalog and distributed on site to all participants.

A PDF version, as well as, articles will be also published on our  partner’s website NDT.net,  – Open Access Archive of Nondestructive Testing ISSN 1435-4934 (www.ndt.net).

Abstracts submission in 2 steps:

  • Online version: A title, affiliations of authors and co-authors and an abstract of 400 words maximum
  • PDF version: Online abstract submissions in PDF format must be a maximum of 2 pages (see templates).
